Dear First:

Smith Group is pleased to extend a conditional offer of employment to you for the position of Position, contingent on a successful background check and pre-employment drug test. In this position, you will be reporting to General Manager. The starting salary offered for this position is $0.00 per hour. Your start date for work with Smith Group will be determined upon receipt of your background.

This offer is not to be considered a contract guaranteeing employment for any specific duration. As an at-will employee, both you and the company have the right to terminate your employment at any time with or without cause. If you do not pass the background check or drug test, this offer of employment will be rescinded.

On your first day of employment, Smith Group will provide additional information about the company’s objectives, policies, benefit programs, and general employment conditions. To fulfill federal identification requirements, you should bring documentation to support your identity and eligibility to work in the United States. The types of acceptable documentation are listed on the Form I-9 of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. We have attached a list of benefits offered by Smith Group for your reference. To highlight just a few; as of your first day you will be eligible to participate in the Health, Dental and Vision plans and begin accruing Paid Time Off. After 90 days you will be eligible for the Associate Discount program, as well as the Company Paid Holidays. After 1 year you will be eligible to participate the Company’s 401k match and be eligible for Tuition Reimbursement.
